SUMMARY:CommUNITY Comfort & Care Packages
DESCRIPTION:Please join us to make care packages for hospitalized patients\, assemble no sew fleece blankets\, and fill candy bags for local organizations. We will be accepting candy donations for the candy bags. \nPlease consider purchasing items for our November food drive – you can bring them with you to this event! \nNo-sew fleece blankets: This project engages individuals and families in a fun\, hands on activity which involves little to no skill. Although this is a great way to engage children to give back to the community\, we need an adequate number of adults to assist our youth volunteers. Each blanket takes ~1 hour to assemble in full. A $20 donation covers the expense of 1 blanket. **These blankets are purchased in bulk by COMMUNITY SJP.** \nTo make a monetary donation\, please visit PayPal or Venmo. \n\nPhoto/Video Release \nBy attending this event\, I acknowledge that I grant permission to COMMUNITY SJP the irrevocable and unrestricted right to reproduce the photographs and/or video images taken of me\, or members of my family\, for the purpose of publication\, promotion\, illustration\, advertising\, or trade\, in any manner or in any medium. I hereby release COMMUNITY SJP and its legal representatives for all claims and liability relating to said images or video.
