SUMMARY:CommUNITY Comfort & Care Packages
DESCRIPTION:Please join us to make hygiene kits and assemble no-sew fleece blankets for local organizations. It’s almost the holidays – please bring an unwrapped new present for a child age 0 to 17 that will be gifted to our neighbors at Ethel Lawrence! \nPlease visit SignUp Genius to purchase and donate items for the event.\n \nNo-sew fleece blankets: This project engages individuals and families in a fun\, hands on activity which involves little to no skill. Although this is a great way to engage children to give back to the community\, we need an adequate number of adults to assist our youth volunteers. Each blanket takes ~1 hour to assemble in full. A $25 donation covers the expense of 1 blanket. **These blankets are purchased in bulk by COMMUNITY SJP.**\nTo make a monetary donation\, please visit Zelle (communitysjp@gmail.com)\, Venmo\, or PayPal. \n\nPhoto/Video Release \nBy attending this event\, I acknowledge that I grant permission to COMMUNITY SJP the irrevocable and unrestricted right to reproduce the photographs and/or video images taken of me\, or members of my family\, for the purpose of publication\, promotion\, illustration\, advertising\, or trade\, in any manner or in any medium.
